  I have continued to use this practice for years because Dr. Ramani is amazing but unfortunately most of the rest of the office is just lacking. His nurse is really rude. I don't know why he has kept her so long. I had to contact someone else in the office to bypass her and get answers to my questions. I'm not supposed to have copays for my yearly but they always managed to find a way to charge one. BUT the most important negative is Dr. Phillips. She delivered my youngest son. I arrived at the hospital after midnight and she tried to send me home. I was in so much pain I was screaming. The monitor in my room was broke so they didn't even have good info on my labor. A nurse was actually doing everything she could to stall b/c she knew what was happening. My son ended up being born 15 minutes after she tried to send me home and I almost had him in the bathroom b/c she insisted I get dressed to leave. When a nurse called her she came in and said rudely "you just had to deliver tonight huh". If I hadn't stalled and insisted on not leaving my son would have been born in the car on the way home with his cord twice around his neck. Not to mention I ended up with nerve damage in my hips because of it. Then last they do not allow kids in their office with no exceptions. While I can see where this is nice in some situations for some its not an option. I have no one to keep my youngest child and have put off care for a year b/c of it. I tried to schedule and appointment on a rare day I had some help and they didn't have anything that day even though it was two weeks in advance. I get the schedule is full. For me this is the last straw. I need to be able to see my doctor. I cant keep putting off care b/c I have children. I HATE to leave my favorite doctor in the world but he is the only thing good about this practice.

  Today was my 1st Visit. Their staff was very nice. The wait was decent. I had Dr. Annie Cruz. I love her :) she was professional & had excellent bedside manner. Update: I have 2 more weeks! Their staff is still awesome, and I never had a problem. I wanted to mention Rita Drake, WHNP: Most of my visit, I get to see her, and let me just say, she is wonderful ♡ thank you Eagles Landing OBGYN. My experience here has been fantastic.

  I’ve been going to Eagle’s Landing OB/GYN for over 22 yrs. and they have been consistently wonderful. Pam Garrett is the best! I feel completely comfortable discussing anything with her. My daughter now goes to Pam, and loves her as well. I have referred many of my friends to Pam Garrett, and they all say the same thing.
