  This is absolutely the worst Dental office I have ever came in contact with. Very unprofessional. Dr. Kim is such a perfectionist, that is drives her staff crazy. I had a crown made, it was lost so she had to remake an impression. My temporary crown came out 2x's. And when she had to remake the crown she was very flipped about coming back into her office. I called the front desk to ask if my crown was in before I took time off my job to come in and she said yes. When she went back to see if it was in she did not look in the box. I had a partial ordered as well. When I came into the office to get my permanent crown, I was then told it wasn't there. Dr. Kim was very flipped about the situation, joking and caring on as if we want to be in her chair. They tried to over charge me on dental visits as well. DO NOT go to this Dental office. Not to mention she is not gentle in your mouth either.

  I have been knowing Dr. Kim for five years. I remember the very first time that I came to see her about my toothache. She was very insightful, caring, and treated me with the respect that I truly appreciated. My visit with her was so PHENOMENAL. That I told my family and friends about Dr. Kim. That they needed to make her their dentist and visit her to see why I endorse her so heavily. It was a ripple effect. My parents, sister, uncle, and my wife visited her and truly enjoyed her. They all came back thanking me for telling them about a dentist who truly cares about making people feel good about themselves. Also, I want to mention her staff are AWESOME as well. From the secretaries to her assistants. They are down to earth and do a GREAT job in helping Dr. Kim run her office. I continue to see Dr. Kim about my teeth. She has helped get my teeth to the billion dollars smile status. I am thoroughly satisfied and proud to say that Dr. Kim is my dentist. I would not have it any other way!!!!

  I became apart of Hwy 138 dental when I got married in 2011. One thing that stands out about Dr. Kim & her staff is their superior customer service & hospitality. The first time they met me they made me feel as if I had been coming for years. Their commitment to provide a 5-star experience with EACH visit is what keeps me coming back. If you're looking for a dentist stop looking because you have certainly found the best. Thank you ladies for all you do to make Hwy 138 dental the epitome of superb dental service!!!!
