  We called ahead to confirm our appointment time, the lady answering phone was terrible. So we walk in 10 min early and I believe it was the same lady was yelling at someone in the back, she approached us and was really quite rude, we asked a simple question about insurance payment procedures and she ignores us and told us to take a seat she was busy at that time. So we waited 30 min or so to see the doctor he was nice but very brief with exam. We mentioned the lady of front and her behavior, only to find out she is his wife. So on the way out waiting to get follow up appointment which I really should of just left, there she was arguing with two ladies checking and they turned around very upset and left. You’ve been warned. Waste of time and the husband & wife team are not the ones for you.

  I do understand how some might misinterpret the lady at the front desk as rude. She does stay very busy also, however I didn't find her to be rude AT ALL. She has a dry sense of humor and I found that I was kind to her and she returned the kindness tenfold and had us laughing despite how sick my daughter was. Dr. K was amazing. Very thorough and took no shortcuts with my daughter. The staff even stayed until 6:00 so he could view the results of my daughter's MRI (that he got scheduled same day). They didn't want to leave until they had some idea of what was going on. Excellent Doctor, Excellent Care.
