  I've been banking with SunTrust for approx. 5 years. I went to this locations drive-thru on December 18, 2015 to DEPOSIT a check. I pressed the call button and the teller told me that I didn't have to press that button. I then told the teller that I needed a DEPOSIT slip and a pen. She gave me a withdrawal slip without a pen. I told her that I requested a DEPOSIT slip, she then stated no you didn't you requested a withdrawal slip. I told her that I know what I requested plus you didn't give me a pen. Needless to say from that point on she had an attitude with me. After leaving the bank, I called and left a voice message for the Branch Manager and I'm still waiting on a call back. This isn't my first time visiting this location and having a bad customer service experience. Thankful for me. I'm switching banks!! Thanks for nothing Sun Trust.

  I visited this branch recently. I wasn't greeted upon entering nor was I assisted in any way. 10-15 minutes after I'm left standing around, a white woman comes through the door & is given Hello! Welcome to SunTrust!! Needless to say, I'm done banking at this location. I did make a complaint via phone SunTrust Customer service. The complaint was followed up with a phone call from someone over the bank as well as the branch manager. Regardless, I'm still done with this particular location.
